Notes to the rental rates:-
Cleaning, linen and underground parking are included in the rates. Towels are not included but are available as an extra for € 30 (two people).
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. There is a final 'preparation and laundry' fee of €60 which will be added to the final booking cost.

The rental rates published above are for 7 nights accommodation arriving after 4pm on day of arrival and leaving before 10am on day of departure.

Where weeks overlap two different months (eg: Aug & Sep), the rental rate for the month with the most nights falling within it will be used.
